After completing his studies and an intensive 8-month development internship, Nawaz entered the professional world with one goal: to build solutions that make a difference. His early years as a Java and Full-Stack Engineer sharpened his skills in backend architecture, Angular development, databases, microservices, and systems integration. His work ethic, attention to detail, and constant pursuit of improvement positioned him as a standout team member.

After completing his formal studies and an intensive 8-month development internship, Nawaz began his professional journey as a Java and Full-Stack Engineer. He quickly built strong expertise across backend architecture, microservices, Angular-based frontends, database design, systems integration, and enterprise platforms. His ability to rapidly adapt, think architecturally, and deliver reliable solutions distinguished him early in his career.

Over the years, Nawaz worked across complex financial and enterprise environments, contributing to and designing solutions for leading institutions including global financial technology organizations such as Mastercard and Fidelity Investments, as well as major banks and federal financial institutions. His work supported mission-critical platforms for HSBC, Barclays, and multiple Federal Home Loan Banks (FHLB)—including FHLB New York, FHLB Atlanta, FHLB Chicago, and FHLB Pittsburgh—helping community lenders across regions such as New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and the wider United States. Beyond finance, his experience also spans Eircom, Beaumont Hospital, and Rockall Technologies, reinforcing his versatility across sectors.

Nawaz is now the CEO of Zaitech, where he leads the design, architecture, and delivery of innovative digital products tailored specifically for the Irish and international landscape. Under his leadership, Zaitech has delivered multiple high-impact platforms:

• Consular Services & Diaspora Management System (DMS)
  A secure, enterprise-grade solution for Embassies, Diplomatic Missions, and Foreign Offices.
