As CEO of zaiTECH Solutions, I lead enterprise consulting engagements that empower organizations to modernize, scale, and innovate โ delivering architecture, engineering, and strategy solutions for global leaders including Fidelity Investments, Mastercard, and Broadridge (Rockall Technologies).
My focus is on digital transformation, modernization, and secure enterprise design, bridging the gap between strategic vision and technical execution. Iโm equally passionate about mentorship, innovation, and building global tech communities, which I drive through my leadership role at IPIP (Ireland Pakistan IT Professionals).
About me
Nawaz Zai is a technology leader, CEO, and software architect with a proven track record of building secure, scalable digital products across healthcare, government, and financial services. Driven by curiosity and disciplined execution, he began his career as a Java and Full-Stack Engineer after completing an intensive development internship, quickly growing into a trusted architect and leader.
Over the years, Nawaz has delivered mission-critical solutions for major institutions including Mastercard, Fidelity Investments, HSBC, Barclays, and multiple Federal Home Loan Banks. He is certified in AWS, TOGAF, and OCM, and is known for bridging business strategy with strong technical architecture, leading agile transformations, and ensuring compliance with GDPR, PCI, and PII standards.
As the CEO of Zaitech, Nawaz leads the development of innovative platforms such as Datinee Care, a healthcare workflow and patient support system; a secure Consular Services & Diaspora Management System for embassies; and DocHUB Virtual Clinic, a modern telehealth platform. He also co-founded the Irish Pakistani ICT Professionals Association (IPIP), supporting community and professional growth in Ireland.
